Bidule: Blaufränkisch

Super light, elegant, silky and smooth Frankovka (Czech for Blaufrankisch) from the talented Moravian winemaker Zdeněk Omasta.

Partly aged in barriques and bottled with minimal sulfur (10ppm), this is a playful take on the grape – juicy and fruity but with distinct light tannins. Very versatile – chill it and enjoy on its own or with charcuterie and cheese boards, or drink at room temperature with some light vegetable and red meat dishes...
