Syfany: The Beast

Jakub is a master at blending multiple varieties and this wine is no exception. The Beast is a blend of 3 weeks macerated Gewürztraminer and shortly macerated Chardonnay. Tropical, fun, playful orange wine with smooth tannins. Great with spicy dishes, Thai or Indian cuisine.
