All orders are carefully and securely packed by our team and shipped insured via UPS Carbon Neutral. Within Berlin, deliveries may also be made by cargo bike, further reducing the carbon footprint 🌿.
Dispatch Schedule
Please note that orders are dispatched once a week, every Wednesday.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be included in the following week’s shipment. This shipping rhythm allows us to consolidate deliveries and operate in a more sustainable and reliable way.

💸 Free shipping for orders over €95 (€6 for orders under €95)
We also enable free pick-up at our storage in Neckarstrasse 19 in Berlin Neukölln. Simply select this method at checkout and one of our team members will contact you afterward and arrange the pick-up time with you. (Usually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but always wait for our prior confirmation.)
