ČAČÍK: Ryšák Cuvée

Red, rosé, orange? It doesn’t matter as long as it’s delicious. And this one definitely is. Ryšák (‘red head’) is a distinctly Czech wine style, which is a blend of black and white grape varieties. In this case it’s ⅔ Blaufränkisch and ⅓ Chardonnay. This marriage results in an easy-drinking, playful wine with aromas of honeysuckle, chamomile, banana, red fruit and vanilla. Best served at room temperature but can be slightly chilled on a hot day.
