Ducal: Riesling 2019

20% of grapes were botrytised when harvested. A mineral, highly acidic Riesling with aromas and flavours of elderflower, green apple, pear and apricot as well as smokey tones derived from oak. It goes superb with seafood, fish, poultry and mild cheeses. Serve chilled.
