Herzánovi: P² 2021

Some of you might know Ryšák, the distinctly Czech wine style. Ryšák means 'redhead' and is a blend of black and white grape varieties. In this case, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris were co-fermented together to arrive at this beautiful deep rosé colour. Dried fruit, herbs and red berries meet forrest floor. Will go superb with salmon, pork or root vegetable dishes. Serve chilled.
