Iva Měřínská: Pinot Noir 2019

Our first red from Iva and we’re in love already. This is a beautiful Pinot Noir with lots of elegance and structure. Predominant aromas of red berries. Vanilla and clove from 12-month aging in oak barriques. Pleasant earthiness from 2-year aging in bottle. Versatile food match. Duck? Yes, please. Mushroom? Don’t mind if I do. Beet salad? Hit me up. Serve slightly cooler than room temperature.
