Jaroslav Osička: Ryšák 2021

This distinctly Czech wine style doesn’t fit in any category. Not an orange, a red, or a rosé, though most often sold as one of these three. Usually 50/50 Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris, but macerated & fermented together. An orange & a red marrying together in a tank. This particular Ryšák tastes of Wild Strawberries & Cream. Serve at a rosé temperature. Quick drinking.
