Traditional method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and a touch of Riesling and Chardonnay. 24 months on lees. Elegant and well structured, with uplifting acidity and aromas of green apple, lemon, peach, brioche and nuts. Creamy mousse and a long finish.
