Martin Vajčner: Dekadence 2021

A blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. Foot crushed. 12 months of maceration in locally made Moravian amphora, followed by maturing in French oak. No added yeast. No filtration, no clarification. This wine kicks your taste buds when drunk immediately after opening. Let it open up and it becomes fruity, fall/winter spicy, slowly robust while remaining energetic. A good one to age in the bottle or to drink with a barbecued beef brisket. Serve at room temperature.
