Martin Vajčner: Grüner Veltliner 2021

Green, peppery grüner veltliner with a long mineral finish, vibrant acidity and a round, fuller mouthfeel due to malolactic fermentation. Bone dry. Grapes were foot trodden and matured in Austrian acacia as well as Moravian oak. It cuts nicely through creamy and fatty dishes. Spectacular with ramen! Serve chilled.
