This is a curated selection of traditional method sparkling wines from a Czech winemaker - Petr Marada. All the wines were made via traditional method (Champagne method). They are elegant, well structured with uplifting acidity, creamy mousse and a long finish. 

• Marada: Madam Donka Chardonnay Brut Nature Sekt: 18 months in oak barrels and 18 months on lees. Aromas of lemon, apple pie, pineapple, biscuit and brioche. 12.5% abv;

• Marada: Madam Pinot Extra Brut Sekt: a blend of  Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and a touch of Riesling and Chardonnay. 24 months on lees. Aromas of green apple, lemon, peach, brioche and nuts. 12.5% abv;

• Marada: Mr. Pinot Extra Brut Sekt: 24 months in oak barrels and 18 months on lees. Aromas of fig, dried strawberries, dried cranberries, biscuit and cinnamon. Do you know those Italian biscuits with fig jam? This is what this wine reminds us of. 12.5% abv.
