MIXED CASE: Rosé All Day

Here’s a set of rosé for every palate:

• Syfany: André Rosé Pét-Nat 2022 - raspberries, rhubarb and cranberries with uplifting acidity. Its slight tannic grip makes it very appropriate for this time of the year. Delicious with soft cheeses, light vegetarian dishes and fruit-based desserts. 12% abv.

• Marada: Saint Laurent Rosé 2022 - a single-varietal Saint Laurent rosé with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries and a hint of candy. On the palate it’s dry with silky texture. Can easily be drunk on its own. Food-wise, goes great with light appetizers and grilled seafood. 12% abv.

• Roxanich: Portorosé 2018 - named after an Adriatic resort, it does smell like a Mediterranean garden patch. Raspberries, strawberries, a tiny hint of rustic homemade sourdough, lavender and thyme. 13% abv.
