Syfany: Secondary Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Cream, citrus fruit, pear, aromas of brioche and creamy mousse. It started as a still wine with the 2019 vintage which was re-fermented again with a fresh must from the 2022 harvest. Second fermentation took place in the bottle and it was disgorged, leaving no sediments behind. Result? Finer bubbles which last longer and more complex yet still fresh taste. Yum!
