Veralda: Refosco 2019

When we start a vinofactum bistro, this will probably be the house wine, if only because it is solid, satisfying, & affordable. Classic “serious” red wine palate, including black fruits (plums, blackberry, black currant) rubbing against some soil, earth, allspice & some apparent time in oak.This is a good example of the Istrian red wine experience. You can taste a lot of sun, but you can also taste some work in the cellar.
