An absolutely scrumptious Chardonnay with silky texture and an array of aromas. On the nose: lime, nectarine and pineapple complimented by vanilla (from fermenting in new and old oak barrels), cream and butter (from malolactic fermentation) and finished by aromas of ginger as well as almond coming from aging in bottle. Perfect on its own but also a versatile food buddy. Spectacular with grilled seafood, creamy pastas and risottos, roasted pork and chicken. Serve chilled.
