Vykoukal: Neuburger 2021

A beautifully harmonic 100% Neuburger. 30% of grapes were botrytised already when arriving at the winery so the aroma and flavour of orange peel are present. Other than orange peel, this wine offers aromas and flavours of blossom, apple, peach, apricot, beeswax as well as honey and ginger derived from 12-month aging in old acacia barrels. Its high acidity makes this a great wine to pair with fattier dishes, fish, or creamy pasta. Best served chilled.
