Why Amfiteater? Because it’s made from the vines which grow on a slope shaped like one. And it really is an artistic expression of its elevated terroir and precision! This is a very focused, fresh and uplifting pét-nat made from Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of lime, gooseberry and bread starter with fineral finish on the palate. It makes a great aperitif! Serve chilled.
