Vykoukal: Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Vykoukal’s Sauvignon Blanc is a unique expression of this loved or hated grape variety. You will still find the typical aromatic profile of Savvy B (gooseberry, elderflower, kiwi) but it’s a lot more toned down and pleasant, as Vykoukal is not using any lab yeast to kickstart the fermentation.

Honest, down-to-earth Sauvignon which is incredibly fresh and crisp and was bottled under a crown cap to remain this freshness for the coming years. All Vykoukal’s wines have something herbaceous and mineral to them, and you will also find this mild bitterness and saltiness in this one. A must-try!
