Winemaker Anna Bystřická felt that her husband's red-leaning portfolio could use also some fun and lighthearted skin-contact white, and took a tiny old vineyard into her care. The result is "fragrant, golden and mischievous," as she puts it – definitely a bottle that will charm you in no time!

How the wine is made

Hand harvest of all varieties together. They spent 1 day on skins and then further 5 months of spontaneous fermentation and ageing in a neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered.

Fun Fact

The name of the wine means "nativity scene", but it's actually born out of a cute typo – when her husband Vojta signed on the vineyard and texted Anna about it, he typed Jesličky instead of Jedličky (neighbouring winemaker), accidentally christening the wine!

Congenial young couple with a vision, whose energy will instantly win you over. While Vojta is an absolute red wine geek and aficionado, focusing on elegant barrel-aged wines, Anička takes care of a small field-blend vineyard with mostly white grapes, and a small gang of bees!
