Bidule: Pet-Nat Welsch

The definition of charming! Super fresh nose with notes of citrus and elderflower. Mineral, juicy, fruity, with lovely fine bubbles and perfectly integrated acidity that uplifts and extends the whole flavour experience. 

Having very little yeast, this wine is definitely a pet-nat you can bring even to pet-nat beginners or more conservative wine drinkers (they'll probably think it's a good sekt .) 

It's an awesome aperitif – beware, it's very easy to smash the entire bottle in no time...
