Grape Varieties

How the wine is made

The grapes are hand-harvested and direct-pressed, then spontaneously fermented and aged for 11 months in a stainless steel tank. Unfined, unfiltered.

The wine is made by Petr Marada, a talented Moravian vigneron and avid keeper of local traditions (he's even leading a dulcimer band) in Mikulčice.
