Grüner Veltliner 2024 is a super light, highly drinkable white from organic grapes by the Herzánovi family in Kobylí. An easygoing natural wine with just the right amount of freshness and snap—perfect for everyday sipping.

What makes this wine special? Grown on loess soils and bottled with no filtering or additives, this is Grüner in its most relaxed form. Bright notes of green apple, white pepper, citrus peel, and meadow herbs make it crisp, uncomplicated, and seriously gluggable, with a mellower softer finish than the Austrian Grüner Veltliner.

How the wine is made

Grapes were direct-pressed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel, then rested on fine lees. No fining, no filtering, no additives—just pure, easygoing Grüner in its most honest form.
