    Long stay on lees! This elegant Chardonnay sparkler is a pure expression of the variety, thanks to careful winemaking and zero dosage (brut nature) that allows the wine to show its natural elegance and freshness. Well structured, with uplifting acidity and notes of lemon, apple pie, pineapple, biscuit and brioche. Creamy mousse and a long finish.

How the wine is made

The grapes are hand-harvested, direct-pressed and spontaneously fermented. The still wine is then refermented with liqueur de tirage and bottled for prise de mousse that takes between 15 and 24 months. Disgorged.

Petr Marada is a big lover of Champagne wines who started using the secondary fermentation method many years ago for his wines. He goes to Champagne every year to gain new inspiration and knowledge.
