Tethys is a small-batch, zero-zero white wine by Martin Vajčner, one of Moravia’s rising stars. Grown on ancient limestone soils and crafted with minimal intervention, this is a wine of quiet intensity—elegant, expressive, and full of life.

What makes this wine special? A field blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, wild-fermented and aged on lees in old oak, without any additives. Expect notes of ripe pear, white flowers, chalky minerality, and a salty, herbal edge. Clean and complex.

This bottle is perfect for... slow dinners – shared stories – wine meditation (but don’t worry, it still drinks easy).

Pair it with... roasted fish – creamy vegetable dishes – Alpine cheeses – or just bring it to impress natural wine lovers.
